Thank you for your interest in the Transformational Breath® Ambassador Program. We’re excited to collaborate with you in spreading awareness of the power of conscious breathing. These Terms & Conditions clarify what’s permitted and expected of you as an Ambassador. They outline how the program works, your responsibilities, our responsibilities, and how commissions are paid.

This Agreement is designed to protect both you and the Transformational Breath Foundation ("TBF"). Please read carefully. If you have any questions, email us at [email protected].

IMPORTANT

Ambassadors must comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and all applicable local laws. No unsolicited emails.

Ambassadors may not use domain names or URLs containing "Transformational Breath", "TBF", “Judith Kravitz”, or any variation thereof.

Ambassadors must not misrepresent or disparage Transformational Breath®, the Foundation, its instructors, or affiliated courses.

Ambassadors may not attempt to trademark, copyright, or register intellectual property belonging to the Transformational Breath Foundation.

Ambassadors must not promote TBF programs on websites containing inappropriate or offensive content, as determined by us.

Your participation in the Ambassadors Program indicates acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.

Commissions may be revoked in cases of violation. Ambassadors are solely responsible for their promotional activities and their outcomes.

INTRODUCTION

This Ambassador Agreement ("Agreement") is between you (“Ambassador”) and the Transformational Breath Foundation (“TBF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).

By applying to or participating in our Ambassador Program, you agree to comply with this Agreement.

Who can become an Ambassador?

Affiliates must be at least 18 years old.

What does an Ambassador do?

Ambassadors promote Transformational Breath® programs, including online courses, live training events, or other offerings, using a unique referral link.

How does the AmbassadorProgram work?

Once approved, you’ll receive access to an Affiliate Dashboard and unique tracking links. When someone enrolls in a TBF course using your link, you’ll receive a commission on qualifying purchases (excluding scholarships, discounted staff pricing, or select non-commissionable programs).

All commissions are paid in USD.

Non-commissionable programs may include:

•Private coaching sessions

•Books and physical products

•The Gala portion of training events

•Scholarship or grant-funded seats

PAYMENTS

Commission payments are issued via PayPal 30–60 days after a confirmed sale, once the refund window has closed.

Minimum payout threshold: $100 USD. For smaller balances, email [email protected] to request a manual payout.

Chargebacks or refunds on referred purchases will result in reversal of associated commissions.

All commissions are tracked via your affiliate dashboard.

AMBASSADOR RESPONSIBILITIES

Keep Your Info Updated

You’re responsible for keeping your contact and PayPal details current. Delays or errors due to incorrect info may postpone commission payments.

Confidential Login

Protect your login details. If your account is compromised or misused, you’ll be responsible for any resulting consequences.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

•Purchase TBF programs using your own affiliate link.

•Misrepresent TBF, its trainers, or courses.

•Use defamatory or misleading language (e.g. “scam”, “fake”, etc.).

•Promote TBF content on websites promoting violence, discrimination, or illegal activity.

•Use software or malware that disrupts TBF platforms or visitor tracking.

FTC Endorsement Compliance

You agree to clearly disclose affiliate relationships in all promotions and follow FTC guidelines.

Spam

No spam. Ever. Any spam-related activity will result in immediate removal and forfeiture of all unpaid commissions.

Your Affiliate Link

You are responsible for ensuring your affiliate links are active and properly configured. We are not liable for misdirected or broken links.

COMMUNICATIONS

By joining, you agree to receive updates about TBF programs, affiliate promotions, and related materials. If you unsubscribe from these, you may miss critical updates about your account or commissions.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY (IP)

All content, logos, and course materials are the exclusive property of the Transformational Breath Foundation. You may not alter, reproduce, or redistribute any course content or media unless explicitly granted in the Affiliate Resource section.

You MAY:

•Use official TBF logos and banners provided in the Affiliate Portal.

•Link to course registration or info pages using your tracking link.

You MAY NOT:

•Re-upload videos or PDFs from the course platform or private groups.

•Use screenshots of course materials, student comments, or testimonials unless they are your own.

•Use “Transformational Breath” or “TBF” in your domain names, handles, or business names.

GUARANTEES & LIABILITY

•We make no guarantees about your income or financial outcomes. •Your results depend on your own promotional efforts.

•We do not accept responsibility for:

•Website outages

•Affiliate tracking issues outside our control

•Malware, malicious code, or third-party security breaches

INDEMNITY

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Transformational Breath Foundation, its trainers, directors, and affiliates from any claims arising out of your actions as an Ambassador.

TERM & TERMINATION

This Agreement becomes active upon approval and continues until terminated.

We reserve the right to terminate your participation at any time, with or without cause. In the case of a violation of these terms, all unpaid commissions may be forfeited.

BRANDING & USAGE GUIDELINES

•You may promote our courses through your platforms as long as you comply with the following:

•Do not use TBF trademarks in your domain name or social media handles.

•Do not imply official partnership or employment with TBF.

•Always include disclaimers that you are a third-party affiliate.

•Refrain from altering logos or branding.

•Do not use real participant names, course screenshots, or private forum content.

LEGAL

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, USA. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of New Hampshire courts.

This Agreement may be updated periodically. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of the most current version.
